Sports and Relaxation Center in Moravany

The subject of this thesis is the construction of Sport and relaxation center in Moravany. The building is divided into three objects. The first object is Bowling & Billiard Bar. The object is single-storey with no basement, flat roof and a total built area of 602,30 square meters. The second object is Technical and operational support + Fitness. The object has two floors, no basement, flat roof and a total built area of 757,40 square meters. The third object is Restaurant. The object is single-storey with no basement, flat roof and a total built area of 602,30 square meters. The building is designed in Porotherm constructional system. Ceiling structure is designed as a monolithic concrete slab. The roof system consists of wood glued laminated beams, purlins and rafters of solid wood. The slope of the roof plane is 3 %.
Mountain guesthouse with a restaurant

The project is handled by complete documentation , brand new detached house with mountain restaurants at the level of documentation for construction . The building is designed in the village Olšany district. Šumperk on plot No. 261/1 , 261/5 , 261/9 and 261 of / 12. Built up area is 1465 square meters , of which the construction of the house itself has a 445.2 square meters . The basement and ground floor is used for restaurants, restaurant facilities and staff , reception and social facilities for guests . The second floor and the attic is designed to accommodate guests. The pension has a capacity of 20 people , of which there are six double rooms and two suites on the top floor , each for four people. The operation of the pension are a total of four employees. The restaurant , with a capacity of 102 people , the total number of employees 8 . The building is designed as two rectangles perpendicular to each other forming the letter T. The building is based on the footings of plain concrete foundation slab drag over the basics with reinforcing karisítí . Walling system from Heluz , partitions from the system Knauf, reinforced concrete ceilings . Outdoor perimeter walls is insulated with polystyrene foam . The roof is gabled and three graduated height of the ridge , where the highest elevation is the main part +11.370 m , roof pitch of 35 °. The building is connected to the local road and the available utilities. Proposal for hotel and restaurant is processed in accordance with applicable standards and regulations for the country.
Adaptation and completion of retirement home

The subject of this diploma thesis is the construction of Adaptation and completion of retirement home. The building is located in Otovice, district of Karlovy Vary. The building is divided into two building objects. The first is a single-storey new building with a double-decker connecting neck. The new building serves as an office building and provides 24 hours care. The second building is the existing building in which the rooms are located. The new building is designed in combination with several building materials - monolithic reinforced concrete walls, Porotherm blocks and steel columns and beams. The track construction is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete slab.
Family house Brno - Líšeň

Bachelor´s thesis is prepared in the form of project documentation. The building is located in Brno´s district Líšeň. This is a project of new family house for 4-5 people. The house will be made from HELUZ block with insulated facade, with concrete ceiling and single-layer flat roof. The building is situated on sloping terrain. The house has one underground floor and two overground floors.
Kidsgarden

The goal of this thesis is to create a design documentation for a kindergarten. This building is situated in the city called Brtnice – more specifically in its newly established location Nová Čtvrť. The kindergarten has two floors. Walls of the first one are partly sunken under the surface level. Each floor is divided into an operating section and part for a preschool education. The building has a foundation made of plain concrete bands, built from an aerated concrete and has a flat roof. Following building project puts an emphasis on a spatial and architectonical layout, energy savings and overall safety.
Mountain guest house and restaurant

The title of my diploma thesis is Mountain Pension with Restaurant and is written in English. My task was to create a mountain guesthouse that would serve as a background for other cottages in the neighborhood. I designed a wellness center as well as a restaurant and accomodation in the building. It is a two-storey with basement. The ground floor is reserved for the restaurant, the basement for wellness and the attic is designed for temporary accomodation. From a technical point of view, the construction system consists of a brick walls and monolithic ceilings. The main vertical supporting elements are ceramic walls and the main horizontal elements are one-way reinforced slabs which are reinforced using reinforced concrete core. The roof is made of wooden trusses.
Multifunctional building

In my diploma thesis i deal with the construction of the mixed-use building in Boskovice, street lipova´ on plot 4363/2, 4415/111, 4415/116, 4415/107, 4370, 4415/109, 4415/110, 4415/1, 4415/94. The total area of the plot is 6460 m2. The mixed-use building has 4 floors and a part basement. Vertical constructions in the basement are designed from the concrete blocks and for the overgound floors porotherm clay grinded bricks p+d. The vertical peripheral structures are provided with an etics thermal insulation system. Horizontal bearing structures are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The roof is a warm flat roof. In the mixed-use building are situated 4 offices, 2 shops, 2 small service offices and 8 dwelling units. Storage rooms and garage are designed in the basement. The drawing part of my thesis was processed in a computer program AutoCAD.
Design and calculation of prices of selected ceiling structures

This final thesis discuss about design, calculation and efficient choice of ceiling construction. The goal is to optimize the design of the building in order to minimize construction and operation costs, to meet the required purpose and to meet a certain quality standard. The effort to achieve this goal is based on the theory that a family house may not be designed in a single design system. In the practical part, three types of ceiling construction are designed for the selected RD. The result of the study is to determine the most appropriate option for a family house using value analysis and budget price.
